Musiclady and sunspotted, I'd be willing to hold your hand through a Hoopla swap if you want. There's really a wide variety of skill levels in the Hoopla and all of the hoops are just gorgeous. Smiley

I may take you up on that in the future, thanks.

I'm almost done my first project of 2011, but I have to make a tassel.  I HATE tassels.  In fact I hate them so much I think I'm going to actually clean my bathroom first instead of that.  I'll be back with a picture eventually though.  Congrats to those of you who have already posted.

Need something crocheted?  I'll swap amis, afghans, shawls or whatever for a box of yarn.  Smiley

Alwaysinmyroom, I am totally going to make stitch markers with the letters like you did. I get sore hands if I don't use ergonomic hooks, which are a lot more expensive. I like to flit around from project to project, though, and this is a good solution for me. Then I can be as A.D.D. as I want about making multiple things at the same time.  Cheesy

Lapoli, I need some dyer balls, and I have some wool that's a bit coarse for wearing, but should work for those. I've been meaning to get some made. On the list it goes.  Smiley

I finished the T shirt yarn rug this morning. It was getting really heavy, and I bound it off before it got too big to go in the washer. I used 11 T shirts to make it. It's comfy to stand on. I'll probable make more of them, but in my kitchen colors.

I should work on more of my WIPs, like the loom knit scarf, but I decided to start yet another project. I'm trying to knit a hat in the round on circular needles, which is on the list. I'm using more of the Lion Brand Homespun. It's a pain to needle knit with it. Oh, well. At least the nubbly yarn might hide my mistakes... Cheesy

All of my list is now together in the first post I made in the thread. I put a link in my sig so I can find it when you all inspire me to add more (constantly).

I finished my bag!!  Grin Here's the link - I'm so happy its done and awesome. Here's a thumbnail to give you a sneak peak.

I also finished my legwarmers - will definitely keep me warm as I was kinda overheating modeling them in the bathroom LOL. I threaded some yarn on the tops so I can tie them to my calves since I get kinda annoyed when they slide down my legs in the course of a day. They used up a couple of yarn balls that weren't big enough for full projects! I love the scrappiness of them.

So my list updated

1. Teesha Moore bag Fin 1/1/11
4. crochet leg warmers Fin 1/1/11
23. mend clothes Fin 1/1/11

Yes I did mend the couple of pants that needed a quick fix for some seams that were coming apart.

Ok - Maybe I'm a bit slow - wouldn't be the first time...  exactly how do the wool dryer balls work?  They're cute!  I like them...just not really sure what they do.  Huh

Those beaded crochet/hook markers are great!  I haven't made beads like those since I was a kid but I may have to consider trying it again. Smiley

And sheepblue - I already commented on your other post for it but I still love it!  It rocks! Wink

superhooker- I'm sorry, but that just had me in giggles.

I'm working on project #1 as we speak. I kind of fits in my destash-along-ing, making my imaginary stash even smaller. I organized it yesterday and seriously, I'm certain I could fit my whole stash (paper, fiber, fabric and paints) in two large Ziploc bags and have room left over. The paints are not a crafting stash really, nor are they mine, they're just paints from my mum, my brother and my sister plus a few I bought, but I keep them because I use them the most.

My project's a plush pillow thing. It's a moose. Or a deer. or a caribou or an elk, well anyways, It has antlers. It's just not a reindeer  Grin

Alwaysinmyroom- any chance you could do me a small favor? You know how for topics/posts you can choose a message icon that will show up near the title and on the replies to posts? Any chance you could change it so that the destash-along and the 50 projects-along could have different ones? I just get so confused between them and I'm sure others do too and this would really help.
