Atsuko send me some beautiful yarn. I can't get anything like this locally. I love it.

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

I received from Banga 2 days ago and am just now getting to post a pic of the lovely goodies that she sent me!  First off there was (note past tense) a box of YUMMY chocolate peanut butter fudge.....I got a nibble and then the rest of the family stole it from me....seriously, they locked me out of the room while they ate my candy!! Shocked  But they showed little interest in my awesome recipe book because that would require them to actually cook...but it is BEAUTIFUL!!  She filled it with recipes (and sent some extra blank cards to insert) and they all sound delicious!!  I think it's awesome that she does a food blog too!! My Craftster peeps are all so multi-talented!!

Thanks SOOOOOOO much Banga!! You're 5 stars!!  Wink

Myloveasdeep, the jackalope and squid bags are too awesome!

I got some AiO cloth diapers from 1boy1girl1kitty2!  They colors went a bit wonky in the photo... the darker pair are green with a soft yellow interior, and the other is white with a guitar & star pattern on the back (which I now realize I didn't get a picture of - I'll have to do that when they're done being pre-washed)

Sorry it took me so long to post pics of this amazing package from myloveasdeep.

She claimed me for felted wool scraps, which she sent huge pieces of, and something in my phrenology theme.

First the felt:

I love these colors and they'll go great in one of the penny rugs I'm making!

Now, even if you're not into phrenology you'll want this next thing.  My daughter collects phrenology heads ( busts) and I've been trying to find other things to go along with her collection.  When I opened my package and saw this box, I actually whooped.  It's magnificent!

A shot to show the legs, which are wonderfully ornate silver colored beads.

And with her collection:

Thank you so much myloveasdeep!

I know, the box is perfect!  My hubby and I found all of the heads at different flea markets and antique shops over the last few years.  I found one at an antique shop in Boone, N.C. once and wasn't willing to pay the price.  I have regretted it ever since because I've never found one like it since.  I know better now Smiley

SO glad you like the box!

Her dirty paws and furry coat,
She ran down the forest slope.
The forest of talking trees,
They used to sing about the birds and the bees.
The bees had declared a war,
The sky wasn't big enough for them all.
