omg! i am so happy i found this! i joined crafster a while ago on the urging of a friend just to do crafts, like knitting and inchies, never knowing that cooking, especially desserts, had a place on crafster, which is good since i am a classically trained pastry chef. awesomeness.

I'm so happy to be part of craftster, I'm a newbie here and I'm really enjoying my stay as of the moment. My hobby is about jewelry and far away from cooking. But I am a newly wed as well so i wanted to learn more about cooking.This coming Thanksgiving i want to make a blueberry cheese cake. I saw a lot of recipe on the net and try to baked them out, but I am having a problem with the cheese cake it self. When it was done, you can feel a small bits inside it, maybe uncooked portion, lumps or something. I want my cheese cake to be smooth like other cheese cake but i can't be able to do it perfectly. Can you guys suggest what things i need to do, any tips or trick for me to be able to attain the smoothness that i want and no lumps or any small uncook bits inside the cake. I really appreciate you suggestion. That's all for now as my introduction post. Cheers everyone Smiley
