Happy Holidays everyone.  I received my pkg from AKAMBER awhile back.  She sent me another pkg because she felt complied to after receiving my pkg.  I received another plg today.  I did not want to open the gifts for saving them for Christmas.  I am glad I did.  Here is what I got:

Thanks so much AKAMBER.  I like the extras.  God, bless you and your family!!!

Another gorgeous parcel, you lucky lucky lady  Grin

Incidentally if your name appears here as far as I am aware you still need to receive/send or post pics, please let me know if you disagree with this, just making sure I'm up to date.

here's the package i received from prettyinpaisley! it took its time reaching me, as we've had a ton of snow in the uk, and i panicked when i saw how beaten-up it looked! but everything inside was in perfect condition  Grin here we go!

first of all, a star made out of melty beads (that's what my mum and me always called them, i forget the proper name!!) on the note that prettyinpaisley wrote me (how did you know hibiscus are my favourite flowers (a direct result of my obsession with anything to do with tiki, or Lilo and Stitch Tongue) ?)

and next, a whole stack of envelopes made from recycled paper that looks like it came from a wildlife/nature magazine- sunrises, trees, fields, everything that's beautiful  Smiley these were hard to photograph due to their shiny-ness, but i stacked the ones with the boldest colours on top-

now, i'm just going to let the next item speak for itself! PiP made me an altered puzzle, and these aren't even half of the pieces she decorated, signed and sent me-

I can't imagine the amount of time that PiP must have spent searching my wists for inspiration for all these pieces! every one is unique, yet totally fits my tastes, and her artistic skills are just stunning!

thank you so much, prettyinpaisley, and thank you to mink_bikini for organising  Grin bring on the next round!

Wow that is a whole lot of work to make the altered puzzles, great job!

Will be organising a 2nd round in March I think, I'll put a post in the new swap ideas thread in the beginning of Feb and pm all those that took part in this swap when it goes to sign ups.
