I recently got a Kindle 3 and bought a beautiful leather Oberon cover for it and I do not want it to get all ooky, so I made this bag with a wrist strap for it! There is also a pocket on the front to hold my book light and USB cable because I am lame and I do not have WiFi internet and need the cable to upload stuff! I recently went to a quilt show and found this retro fabric that I was dying to use! The lining is camper trailers.

The kindle with cover inside:

Comments and critques welcome! I made this up as I went along and this was my second attempt.

I love it! I'm getting one for Christmas (yeah not much of a surprise from the boyfriend) and I've been looking at cases and thinking I want to make something cute to transport it in (other than the leather case) so now I'm inspired. I'm pretty sure I'll have it made before I even get the darn Kindle Wink

Ooh, that's really cute! I like it, and need to make one for my e-reader! (A sony, not quite a kindle but its still nice!)

Twice the mayham, triple the force, ten times the action: total hardcore.
My Motto: If you can't find it, buy another one.
