I claim JessySihk for hair pin blanks, Sharpies and some extras.

This is my 2nd claim.

Hello!  I'm redpopsicles, and I'm in Oklahoma City, OK.

**V-neck t-shirt decorated with one of my likes, preferably in black or a dark color that liquid spills won't show up on too badly (PM for sizing)thanks EdelC
**Necklaces (see Wist for examples and also here are some links)
-I would love something like any of these cameos, especially on some shorter-scale pieces:
-I adore every one of these pendants https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=353181.0

**Tree of Life Pendant

**Zipper pouch (I really need 2-3 of these, so I'll probably leave it up even if it's claimed.)
-I love the attached ring on this one https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=357581.0

**Wrist Cuff (I'll try to add some examples soon)

**A cute A-Line skirt (PM for sizing)

**Any clothing decorated with one of my likes (PM for sizing)

**Hair Accessories (except any kind of headband because they hurt my head...) Here are some examples of things I like:
-Even the rings on this post would make great hairclips https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=362650.0

**Homemade bath products: lotions, soaps, perfumes (solid or liquid), lip gloss/balm.  Scents I love are chocolate, fruits (strawberry, citrus, apple), sage, cucumber, green tea, chai, mint, eucalyptus...

**Handmade scented candles.  Candle scents I love are chocolate, hazelnut, strawberry, blueberry, mulberry, cranberry, raspberry, sage, rice flower, fresia, green tea, chai, mint, eucalyptus...

**A pair of pajama pants for my SO (I'm thinking just a standard men's large), who loves penguins, dragons/wizards/fantasy stuff, video games and the band Phish. I could make them, but he doesn't really understand the whole craft swap thing, so I thought he could be introduced best this way...

**A journal of any kind (lined or unlined pages) and 5x7-ish or bigger

**A new swap journal (I've used all the pages in mine) with spaces/lines for partner names, address, who is sending to you, etc.

**A small purse, maybe like 4x6-ish, with a long strap can wear like a messenger bag, preferably black with a design or something. I want something I can wear hands-free to hold only my keys, money, ID, etc., when I go out.

**Tabletop ironing mat with insulation enough to protect what is under it

**Something from my WIST

**Iron-on transfer pens in any and all colors, but especially white

**Dried herbs for use in soaps, bath sachets, incense, etc.

**White cotton v-neck or crewneck t-shirts (men's small or large, women's large or XL) that will be tie-dyed.

**Handspun or hand-dyed yarn

**Hair accessory blanks (either the bobby pin kind with the blank disc or the larger alligator kind that snap closed with a crimp on the bottom side, if you know what I'm talking about there...)

**Buttons - any colors, shapes, novelty, etc. (especially skulls, anchors, stars, horseshoes, mushrooms. stuff like that)

**Felt in any color or pattern

**E-6000 glue

**4 miniature Rubix Cubes (I know it's kinda out-there, but I have this vision in my head and I have no idea where to get these little guys)

I'm 31, and I'm a bartender. My favorite colors are blues, greens, and any other ocean-y colors.  I also like black, brown, pink, red -- really anything but most oranges or yellows.  I love reading, and favorites include the Harry Potter series, the Dark Tower series (or anything Stephen King), Kim Harrison's Rachel Morgan/The Hallows series, all Laurell K. Hamilton series (especially the Merry Gentry books), Gregory Macguire, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Dorothy Parker, Sylvia Plath, Bret Easton Ellis, Irving Welsh.  For music, I love P.J. Harvey, Radiohead, The Coathangers, Gogol Bordello, Elliott Smith, Bikini Kill (and anything Kathleen Hannah), Sleater-Kinney, the Ramones, the Clash, most things punk, The Decemberists, Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, Black Keys, Broken Bells, MIA, Amy Winehouse, and so many others. I love Phish! I consider my style to be a mix of a lot of things, influenced by punk, current trends, and really anything that strikes my fancy on a particular day. I really only wear t-shirts and jeans to work, so I pretty much do whatever I want in that arena. I do have really long hair, so I am in constant need of new and varied hair accessories. I wear a lot of pigtails, so I like smaller things in twos, but I also wear larger pieces by themselves.  I have 9 piercing and 5 tattoos (and still working on my tattoo collection!), and I love vintage tattoos.  I really love Piscean things.  Also, I love video games, especially original Nintendo stuff.  I'm into witchy and magical things, the moon, fish, skulls, pirates, Toulous-Lautrec, Edward Gorey, vintage music instruments and equipment, pin-ups, fairies, goddess mythology (many different pantheons), and if you need any more info, please send me a PM.

Thanks for looking!

Patterns I dislike are country, babyish, or animal skin prints.
Themes/symbols/random stuff I dig include fleur de lis, skulls, greyhounds, retro owls and tattoo inspired sparrows, metal (think industrial/steampunkish), hearts with wings, blankets, tasty beverages, treats, to name a few
Handmade ceramic mugs-its getting cold here and the hot drinks will be flowing!
Socks, a few pair would be sweet!- nice warm ones to wear in the house at night like slippers.
Altered hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, tees etc. recycling or reusing a shirt is cool with me! I am a size medium. Some ideas can be found on my wist.
Hat- I love hats! A newsboy type one which I have a few on my wist. I like all sorts of colors/patterns just nothing florescent or kiddish. A knit or crochet one with a skull would be cool too.
Anything from my wist
Sachets for closet/drawers. No floral please

Photographs- I love seeing old buildings, signs, unusual places, color or black and white
Ornaments for the holiday tree- these do not have to be Christmas themed!!
Craft Supplies- these do not have to be new items! Recycling is good!
Retro fabrics (does not have to be actual old but retro looking)

I claim sweetyetevil for wall art, an ornament, and probably a little surprise or 2.

2nd claim, 1 outstanding, 0 received.

I live in New Jersey, USA.

I love reading, writing, quilting, and drawing. I like quirky/ whimsical styles. Nothing too cute, frilly, girly, etc. I have too many favorite books and authors to list here, but I am a big fan of young adult literature and can provide some kind of list if necessary. I tend to get addicted to TV shows that get cancelled before their time. My favorite all-time shows are Life on Mars (the British version with John Simm), Dead Like Me, and Carnivale. Im OK with most colors, but am not too fond of pastels or neons. I am always open to answering questions/ clarifying things, etc.

My wist: http://www.wists.com/pioneer9?offset=

Please nothing edible or scented. I am allergic to any kind of odor/ scent (i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.).

*A poppet!!!! Big, I know, but it would make me very happy. I can provide specific people/ characters if youre feeling extra-ambitious, but generic would be fine. Would prefer a human (no cat ears or tail, a natural skin tone) but could have funky eye or hair color. Boy or girl.

*A mini art quilt. Even really tiny. I would love it.

*A sock monkey

*A pre-started art journal. As in, plenty of blank pages, but some that are completed or semi-completed. Theme: vintage Canada, Dead Like Me, or young adult literature

*A hoodie sweatshirt (Adult Smallregular adult, not a womans or anything like that) with some kind of *small* design on the breast or pocket. Should hold up to lots of washings. Pullover, no zipper. Best colors: gray, black, dark purple. Possible themes: any of my favorite TV shows

*A stuffie monster, cute or whimsical

*a tree of life pendant, not too huge

*I'm currently working on an art journal/ altered book entitled "We're All Freaks Here: A Book of Differences." Any kind of flat 8" or smaller art work for that would be cool.

*Shiva Paintstiks. Used are fine.
*Derwent Inktense colred pencils. Used are fine.
*Cotton fabric for quilting projects, particularly marbles and fun novelties.
*Distressed ink or alcohol inks
*Any kind of art quilting magazines
*Interesting vintage photos of people (1940s or before)

*whimsical flat ichies
*1 pinback buttons

I'll claim pioneer9 for a tree of life pendant, not too huge.

Claims: 4 overall / 2 in transit / 1 received

About Me
33 year old woman who lives in Florida (USA) with my guy and two cats.
  • My favorite colors are jewel tones (like amethyst purple, emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, turquoise, and amber) or earth tones (like greens/browns together).
  • My favorite color combination is a deep teal blue and chocolate brown together. It makes me happy.
  • My favorite colors for shirts/clothes are browns, greens, purples, and both heather and charcoal greys.
  • I also love things that go along with my "PhoenixFire" theme like reds/oranges/yellows together
  • I like silver but not really gold. (Copper's ok too.)
  • My favorite animals are cats, owls, penguins, bats and red foxes.
  • My favorite flower is the Daffodil.
  • My favorite hobbies include: reading, photography and I love all things Disney!

I suffer from migraines so please NOTHING musk/amber/patchouli/dragon's blood or floral scented. Unless it smells like you can eat it, it will give me a migraine. I LOVE fruit and dessert scents greatly though. Also, please no bar soaps (skin is sensitive to glycerin) and nothing with artificial sweeteners like NutraSweet (aspartame) or Splenda (sucralose) as I'm allergic to both.

Crafty Wishes

 Grin = BIG WISH!

NEW -- Coupon Organizer. I always have coupons but they get lost in my purse. I LOVE this style. Small enough to fit in my purse but with sections would be great.

NEW -- Grin  A Lapboard I really need a new one. Something comfy so I can use my heavy laptop on the couch more comfortably. I like this one a lot but it wouldn't have to be that exact color/fabric. Just the style is really useful.

-- Wrap-style pants for my guy! Same concept as these but maybe a little more manly/unisex and full-length. (He's a 36x30) Cotton fabric probably best. He LOVES his pair from Claire but is jealous I have two pairs. He'd LOVE a pair in a dark blue or dark green as well.

--  Something made from the JOEL DEWBERRY'S AVIARY ALMOND FABRIC. (Stuff like this wristlet or these potholders or this craft apron or this card holder or this wallet, or this purse etc. Pillows, aprons, anything! I am just in love with this fabric!

-- A Day Tote/Weekender Bag. There's not a thing I don't love about this one for example, but it could be in different fabrics of similar colors for example. It looks sturdy and says it has pockets and the shape is really lovely. I also really like this one which would be a lovely weekender bag since I don't own any luggage. And of course, Amy Butler's pattern is neat but it wouldn't have to be in her fabric.

-- A simple robe. I really like this style. Doesn't have to be exactly like that but I like the Japanese/Asian/Cherry Blossom influence, but it could be other colors/patterns that I like as well. Doesn't need to be form-fitting, can be a little roomy just not too oversized. (A little roomy is fine.) I'm generally a US size 4.

-- Any sewn wist item You can see all the sewing items I've wisted here.

-- Hand knit socks. Something warm and soft I've got small feet so like a 6.5 size foot or girl's sized large socks for reference. There are some wisted here for inspiration. (And yes, thick ones for around the house are perfect too!)

-- A shrug like this style (Or another example.) Could be in a self-striping in any color I like (blues, purples, greens, greys, browns, etc.) or solid. It's the style and idea I really like. I'm flexible on the color/pattern.

-- A cable knit bag. I really like cable knit and I think this bag is really cool.

-- Any knitted wist items. You can see all the wisted knit items here.

NEW -- Grin Grin Hand Carved Deer (Buck) Stamp - I LOVE this. I'd love one just like it - large in size like it too - specifically for the same use; making Yule cards.

--  Grin Batik/Dyed / "Shibori-Dyed" Fitted Tee Shirts Like above, short sleeve, 3/4 or long sleeve is fine so long as it's fitted. I like styles like THESE in my wists. I especially love the flame style one but really like this type of look a lot. It''s different from the shirts I typically wear and I like that. (Please just no hippie/Grateful Dead rainbow style tie dye. Nothing against hippies but it's just not my personal preference.)

--  Fitted Style Tee Shirts. Short sleeve, 3/4 length or long sleeve. Fitted in V-neck, scoop or whatever (just nothing that's so low cut it requires another shirt underneath) in size small or US 4 equivalent. (I like the ones from Target a lot but am open to others too!) I have received a ton and I love them but I also live in fitted tees and more are always welcome. I have a bunch of styles I love WISTED for inspiration.

--  Stained Glass Item - sun catcher, nightlight, glass mosaic item, etc. Anything! I just love stained glass and wouldn't even know where to begin making it myself. I have a wall of sliding glass doors and would love to put up something pretty there! (HERE are some I've wisted for inspiration/ideas.)

--  Ceramic/pottery tea mug, oversized mug, or cereal bowl (I eat cereal every single day!) or anything like that. Again, a skill I don't have but really love. (HERE are a couple things I've wisted for inspiration.)

--  Anything with a phoenix. I LOVE the phoenix and there's not nearly enough phoenix-related things in the world or my life. You can check out my wisted phoenix items as inspiration.

-- Surprise me! Look at my wists or my amazon wishlist, my etsy favorites, the colors I like, my favorite animals, or my favorite flower, etc. and see what you can make that you think I'd like! I KEEP MY WISTS UPDATED SO IF IT'S ON THE LIST, I WANT IT! Cheesy
Please Note: I AM in two Christmas Swaps right now which is why there are a lot of Christmas Items on my Wist!

Craft Supplies
--  Grin Grin Jewelry Presentation Displays I have one in black but I desperately need a necklace one in WHITE for photographing my work. I could also use a necklace/earring combo and a bracelet hand. Used ones in good shape are fine too! Any kind of leather/leatherette/vinyl is awesome. These are examples of styles I like and could REALLY use:
 - Simple Necklace: Display, necklace, leatherette, white, 10x8 inches
 - Fancier Necklace/Earrings: Display, necklace/earring, frosted acrylic
 - Another Fancier Necklace/Earrings: Display, Venus figure, opaque white, 12 x 8-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches
 - Ring/Bracelet Display, acrylic, clear frosted, 7-1/4 x 4-1/2 x 3 inch hand

-- Grin Grin Gemstone Beads I'd love to use more faceted, briolette and other cut stones. Here are some I really am coveting.
(Listings shown are just for example of the stone. Can easily be smaller quantities for more reasonable cost!)
 - Any gems on my Etsy favorites - Bunches listed here
-Chrome Diopside Beads - Especially teardrops or briolettes or rondelles would be nice. Example
 - Mexican Fire Opal Rondelle Beads - example or example
 - Hesonite Garnet - example
 - Sapphire Rondelle Beads - In a red/orange/yellow combo. example or example

-- A sewing basket. You know, classic little box with a handle to store my growing collection of threads, notions, scissors, etc. Like this idea/ or this one. Doesn't have to be that fabric or anything but that idea. Right now, all my stuff is just piled up in a mess on my desk.

-- Mini Cake Pans. How cute are these? I don't know that I *need* them per se, but they're just so darn fun.

-- Lampwork beads. Love. Wish I could make but I''m too scared of open flame. Cheesy

-- Dichroic Glass Beads I love this mix for example. So pretty!

-- Beading supplies. I create jewelry so I'm always looking for unique and interesting pendants, charms, gemstone beads, large focal beads and such. Also, I love Swarovski crystal and any 16, 22 or 24 gauge wire is in any color is always useful. (Especially if it's silver-plated!) The Artistic Wire brand is my favorite.

NEW -- Jewelry Hammer and Mini Anvil Set Now that I'm working with wire more, I'd love a jewelry hammer and anvil to flatten my wire and shape it with more control. Hammer example and anvil example. Obviously a mini anvil! Wink

NEW --  Grin Puffy Heart Pendant Instructions/Kit I've wanted to learn how to make this forever! Bonus would be if I had some of the materials needed as well like the stringing material. There's a full kit HERE and another HERE which is totally helpful and even more awesome!!

NEW -- Button Maker I think it'd be fun to make my own buttons. Some sort of starter kit would be great. I've never made any before. Can totally be used/pre-owned!

-- Tea! Especially fruity ones. (Caffeinated ones are fine too for my morning cup at work!)
-- Chocolate! (white, milk or dark) No coconut please.
-- Candies! (whatever neat little treats you enjoy, send 'em my way. I love candy)
-- Pineapple anything so long as it does NOT have coconut in it. (Candy, snacks, candles, body spray, etc.) Finding pure, straight pineapple is so hard!
 -- Beading/Wire-Wrapping/Jewelry magazines (esp ones with projects/tutorials)

Thanks in advance to whomever picks me! Grin

Im going to claim PFD for a surprise (actually im not sure what im making I just wanna claim her lol)

This is my first claim
none has been sent
Nothing received

Hello there !!
Im Tammy.  Im 38 and im a stay at home mom to three boys in Northern California. I moved here from OH and love it!! We just purchased our first home and are thrilled!!  I like to sew, quilt.  I am starting to get into embroidery and can crochet a little bit.  Im very much into girly type stuff and love anything regency -titanic era. I also love 30s-40s things as well.  I am allergic to nickel.
Here are my wishes
Anything off my wist list is great!!

I would really like items for my kids or hubby for Christmas!! Its ok if you cant though!!

Crafted Items~~

I love this shawl and I am willing to wait longer if anyone will make it for me. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CivilWarShawlKAL/  Im not picky about color.  Would be just happy to even have one.

I would love some soft wool socks!!
Snood in a 40s style (prefer a crochet or knitted tie versus elastic (stays on better)
I have a weird obsession with knitted cuffs!! I love them!!  Chocolate brown, red, white, mustard yellow.

**Civil War Era Cape called a Mathilde Mantilla (Think of a Civil War era Poncho.  This is basically what it is)  Here is a link to the pattern http://www.uvm.edu/%7Ehag/godey/images/s5902170.jpg  and here is an example of what it looks like http://www.thegracefullady.com/civilwargowns/ready-mades_silkmantle.htm Measurements will be provided.  Wool blend or Corduroy would be great. Hood is decorative and is not functional. It only uses around 3 yards.  I would also prefer it lined for warmth. It would be great if I could retain the pattern as well for future projects.  (I can sew I just cant figure out how to make it <frown>) without a pre-drafted pattern.  OR If someone with any drafting skills wouldnt mind drafting a pattern to my size I could play around with it and make my own (If I have a pattern to work with)

Aprons!!  Even though I sew them I would love to see what others come up with!!  I would also like two childrens apron (both are under 12yrs old)  Transformers and Spiderman a plus!! (one claim at a time is fine needless to say  Grin)

Patterns!!  I am 80 miles from a Joanns or Hancocks (sniff sniff).  I need envelopes with a size 14 & 16 included in the envelope for dresses and tops and a 16 for skirts.  Thanks!!

i claim spoopy for fabric.

3nd claim, 1 sent 1 recieved

I'm 22, and have a career in Early Childhood Education at a downtown daycare with a high ratio of special needs children. I love to read and write. I like all colours and any combination of colours, except white.

things for me:

-Artwork related to Clockwork Orange. I've already got this poster, but anything else would be great. http://www.behindthehype.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/a_clockwork_orange.jpg

-Altered versions of this image:http://rjdent.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/a-clockwork-orange.jpg  Right now I've got a pencil illustration on white paper from a high school friend, and this https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=340896.msg3953355#msg3953355 so anything else (an applique with different colours, something felted, woodburnt) would be great.

-Inchies based on Clockwork vocabulary: http://soomka.com/nadsat.html Please put the nadsat word on the inchie! (a picture of a hand with 'rooker' or whatever have you)

-I really want this http://www.etsy.com/listing/44201926/maroon-yarn-doll-art-doll?ref=cat3_gallery_22 I would have already bought it, but they refuse to ship to Canada.

-Four houses- a Minipax, Minitrue, Miniluv, Miniplenty from the book 1984. minitrue and miniluv are described a bit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ministry_of_Peace I'm guessing this is a task for papercrafters or polymer clay users.

-"standard" sized (20x26") pillow cases in food fabric (to match my ants duvet cover, lol)

- decopouged letters. I'm pretty sure you can get these at dollar stores or Michaels. http://www.etsy.com/listing/51772611/6-western-wood-letter-or-number?ref=sr_gallery_17&ga_search_query=wood+letters&ga_search_type=&ga_page=&order=&includes
  • =tags&includes[1]=title I need the letters d y s t o p i a, in greys with purple and blue and burgendy accents. I'm not sure what a medium of this would be, but do any many letters as you feel is fair.

-metal necklaces:
chainmaile- http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=34884367
chainmaile- http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=37910401
zipper- http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=37436755&ref=sr_gallery_33&&ga_search_query=zipper+flower+necklace&ga_search_type=category&category=jewelry&ga_page=&order=&includes[]=tags&includes[]=title

-big pendants. like 2"x2".

-wand for HP cosplay (going to a con this summer)

things for daycare:

-dinosaur puppets

-bunny hats looking like this: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=40770870&ref=sr_gallery_14&&ga_search_query=bunny+hat&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=11&order=&includes[]=tags&includes[]=title I need two adult sized ones (one for me, one for my special needs worker) and eight for 3/4 year old heads. I know that one cap would be a medium claim, so I basically need to be claimed 10 times. So obviously this wish will be up a while. Also, feel free to make fleece ones, they don't have to be crocheted, it was just the first nice bunny hat I saw.

-any children's book with felt peices to match the story. i've done It Looked Like Spilt Milk https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=285970.0 and gamemom42 made me a The Piggy In The Puddle one, but i can always use more.
