More than a few days behind - I got sucked into "The Hunger Games" which I finished Saturday and had to run to Borders and buy "Catching Fire" and "Mockingjay". So I spent most of yesterday reading - which isn't a bad way to spend a day - but it was 70 degrees and sunny so I feel a little guilty about that.

Will play catch up this week! BTW - I'm a total Katniss geeK now!

I LOVE that series! I have Mockingjay from the library and have gotten nearly nowhere in it because I don't want it to end. Just like the last Harry Potter book, I borrowed it but only read a chapter two years ago Roll Eyes

Things are looking up, so maybe my journal entries will stop being so short and lack luster Wink

; w ; I see this journal as a pit of depression and angst right now!!!!
I was already feeling emotional from Doctor Who (LOL) and I'd been writing about something that happened very early in the morning, and I started bawling while trying to write >////<
Soo I kinda dislike this journal now Sad

I think I may paste in some things into it because it feels boring, but some of what I paste in might make it even weirder and potentially more depressing lmao.

Do whatever you're comfortable with- these journals are to be an accurate depiction of a month in our lives. Sad stuff happens and those experiences are just as important as the happy things

<3 I love the way you put things ^_^
But seriously, I still want to glare at the journal because I still consider it a pit of depression and angst lol.
Ohwell XD I'll write in it later tonight~~~

I am becoming quite attached to this one, since I've tried out a few things I've never done in my past books. But I think no matter what sending away a month of your life and thoughts is difficult. The pretty pages are to distract Dizzer from my ranty, idealistic, 18-year-old self. Hahaha!  Smiley

I am so out of the loop here, as I'm having big problems with my internet and phone, so have to go to a library to use their internet.  Other wi-fi hot spots are not good for my phone.  However someone is coming out at the weekend to try and fix it, so should be able to catch up then.  Hope my partner doesn't think I'm ignoring her.  Still, at least it has left me plenty of time to work on  my journal Smiley

20? 20?!!!

Please. I'm going to parties now where we have fancy cheeses and dips and nice wines and imported beers and everyone is married and people can't attend because they have bad backs. We sit around and talk about our undergraduate days and stare wide-eyed at each other when we realise it was a decade ago that we all first met.

I'd like to claim that I'm old, but I'm only 31.

For some reason I've thought it might be fascinating for Calluna to see some of my water and electricity bills. Not the parts with my details, but the parts about saving water and such. Oh god, and I've just remembered I spent a good 15 mins at a party discussing water-saving dishwashers vs washing dishes by hand and which is best when you've got expensive cookware and fine crystal and when did I turn into this person!!!!?
