I don't have an oven at home.  I only have a microwave oven which I don't think is the same with a conventional oven.  I would like to prepare desserts and goodies for Christmas.  Please share your No-Bake goodies.  Thanks!

When I'm not making crafts, I'm dreaming them up!

Melt some almond bark in your microwave and dip pretzels into it. You can do alot of small pretzels or even get some of the pretzel rods and dip the ends in the almond bark and sprinkles.
The easiest gift in the world to make and people love them!

I just copied and pasted this from my blog, I posted about it yesterday. Smiley

Chocolate Elegance Cake

1 1/2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups Cool Whip
6 ounces chocolate chips
1 package jello chocolate instant pudding (4 servings)
1/2 cup milk

Beat the cream cheese and the sugar till blended, then stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread 2 cups of this mixture onto the bottom of a 8 x 4 loaf pan lined with plastic wrap.

Melt 3 ounces of the chocolate chips, and add to the rest of the cream cheese mixture along with the pudding mix and milk. Beat till blended and spread over the first layer in the pan. Pop this in the fridge for about 4 hours.

Once the cake as set, melt the rest of the chocolate (3 ounces) and Cool Whip (1 cup) together, let it cool a bit. Now invert your cake onto the platter youre using and take off the plastic wrap. Spread the glaze you just made over the cake and immediately top with either sprinkles or nuts or whatever you like. Put it back in the fridge for another half hour or so, till the glaze is set.

Wow, maytina.  Is that like a cheesecake?  I love cheesecakes.  It sounds so easy to do.  I will definitely try this.  Thanks for sharing your recipe.  Do you have other no-bake recipes?

you can make oreo balls! they're so good and easy to package as gifts. THere's a post about it on here but basically you put a package of oreos and an 8oz pack of cream cheese in the food processor. chill it a little and roll it into balls and dip in chocolate. they're soooooo good! i've done it with nutter butters as well

Rice crispy squares! I usually follow the recipe on the box.

Which I have found is:
6 C cereal
10 oz marshmallows
3 Tbsp butter
(I like to add 1 Tbsp Vanilla too)

Melt the butter, stir in marshmellows. Remove from heat when everything's gooey and stir in the cereal. Flatten mixture into a rectangular pan and let cool. Cut it when it's cooled. Instant delicious.

Peppermint creams are a family tradition for my household.

1 Egg White
450g (1lb) Icing Sugar
Peppermint Essence or Oil of Peppermint

Beat the egg white until frothy but not stiff.
Sieve the icing, adding enough to produce a fairly stiff mixture.
Add a few drops of the essence or oil.
Knead the mixture in to a firm paste and roll on surface dusted with sieved icing sugar.
Cut into rounds or form small balls and flatten.
Place the peppermint creams onto parchment or silicon paper, place in a warm place to dry for 24 hours.
Store in an airtight container.

I always melt a bowl of chocolate and part dip them for added yum Smiley you could also cut them into festive type shapes like stars.

a really good cheese cake that my aunt taught me how to make way back when (:

you need:
- cream cheese
- (Sweet) condensed milk ( a whole can)
- 1 lime (all the juice you can get out of it (;
- 2 spoonfuls of milk (i know, super accurate right?)
- of course, a pie crust (preferably graham cracker crust, you know, the already made ones (: )

put all of the ingredients into the blender, and liquefy, make it nice and fluffy!!!
pour the fluffy goodness into the pie crust, and put into the fridge for 4-5 hours.

it would be nice if before that you heat up the pie in the oven for 15 min. (i have a toaster oven! works like a charm (; )
but i mean, if you don't, i don't see why it wouldn't work out for you (:

I am thinking of trying to make peanut butter crispy balls in addition to my cake balls and oreo balls this year. Here is the recipe that I will try.
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
6 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies
Melt butter marshmallows and peanut butte in microwave safe bowl. I am not sure how long this will take you as all microwaves are different. Stir until completely melted. Add Rice Krispies; stir until well coated. Instead of putting this mixture into a pan, I plan to let it cool just a bit so I can handle it without scalding my hands and then roll into super ball sized balls or a bit larger and then dip in chocolate. I always use the melty chocolate that you can get at Michaels. I will be testing this tomorrow so I will post how it went.
