I loved the neckline on this top & found the fabric in rememant bin for 8.99.  I had the red left over from other projects.  It is quite a good top to make.  the neck line though gave me some grief.  In retrospect I would make it as one piece rather than the seperate sections he pattern requires.  You can see the problem it caused in the second picture. 
The princess lines at the front help add shape, but I did have to alter it a bit for fit.  It could do with a few more tweeks, but it'll do for a cheap top.





I like it, but it does make me look a bit big.

I've used that pattern and had to redo the neck three times! Yours looks great though!

thank you for the nice comments.
after seeing the picture on line I have tweeked it more & brought it in around the waist at the front.  It was just too big!
