I was inspired by some really cool banners I found online, and decided I needed one for my Halloween decorations in my room! This is made from one piece of 12x12 scrapbook paper, an old book that had lost its cover and half of a chapter, and some printed letters. I might fix that and print them out on cardstock next time since they tend to bend since they're so flimsy! Anyway, this was one of my fist forays into papercrafts, and I think I'm hooked!

A close up:

Closer... notice that all the letters are skulls! I love this font...

And just because I can, this is my little skull setup, I just added the little sparkly skulls. Nothing here is handmade, just put together... and the candles are LED ones so I leave them on all the time pretty much!

(oh, and ignore the Labyrinth poster in the background, this is the only place I had to set it all up!)

So, what do you think? I love comments and constructive criticism!

So I'm packing my bags for the Misty Mountains.

I think it all looks awesome, and I love the banner! The Labyrinth poster totally fits right in, too, IMO.

Fine, fine, I finally made a Pinterest

Haha, thanks! The poster does sort of go (I mean, I modeled the color of my room after it!) but its not centered, which is why I'm ignoring it!
