Last Mardi Gras (yes, nearly a year ago - in February Grin - uh, I'm late with posting!) my older dd wanted to be a bunny - so I crafted a very simple bunny since I had no time - I dressed her in white, made ears and tail out of fur fabric and attached the ears to the headband:

How do you like her?

She's adorable! The ears and tail are super cute.

She's adorable. I made all of my kids' costumes with a base of sweat pants and sweatshirt or oversized Tshirts. They come in pretty much every color and size you might need. They were always a hit and let you spend what little time you might have on the details (which really make the costure) and not on fitting a full-size costume. I even made my own costumes using this method.

Wonderful way to get most of the work done for you! So cute and warm for those chilly nights trick-or-treating!  Nice job!
