I made this costume as a bd present for my oldest nethew this winter but haven't posted it yet - now with Haloween fast approaching it's about time... We don't celebrate halloween so much overhere but we do have Mardigrass and his bd was before mardigrass this year and he loves everything about princes, castles, dragons and stuff - you know 3 year old boys Wink.

I made a crown, cape and a shield - it's lined and filled with very thick filc (double) so it's quite sturdy.  The dragons are appliqued onto the fabric. Onto the photos - modeled by my older dd:

And a small bonus: I made another crown for his brother (smaller - as he is younger) and needs to get something when his brother gets gifts: this crown is modeled by my younger dd:

Wow, I can't believe no one has commented on these already. They are soo cute! I  love how you did the crowns and the shield and the dragons are to die for..well, obviously I love everything about these!! Cheesy Very lucky boys!!

Your children are quite beautiful and they seem to be enjoying their cousin's presents. You might have to make the girls their own crowns and capes as their are little prinecesses.
