I did a series of paintings about my irrational childhood fears. They are all 4 x 4 feet painted with acrylic on board. The first fear is having a hair get stuck in a tongue, the second is a hand/ person coming out of a toilet, and the third is a hummingbird's beak piercing a hand.

Please let me know what you think!

I feel like a stalker because I just commented on something else of yours, but...

These are really cool. I used to have these crazy-weird fears when I was a kid, too.

I had the fear of peanut butter sandwiches getting stuck to the roof of my mouth and choking/suffocating me.
And I also had this fear of fire ants. I fell in a hill of them when I was about 7 and had to go to the hospital and had very intense nightmares for years.

But, anyway, point being...I really like your work!

I am a crooked tree, growing strong and growing strange.

Thanks so much! Everyone is usually just creeped out by my work, so it is really good to hear that someone appreciates it! (Also, good to know that I'm not the only one with such weird fears! haha. Cheesy )

I really like the hand coming out from the toilet, it's got neat perspective. The hummingbird in your hand is cool too. I like how they feel sort of silly, but they're a little creepy at the same time Smiley
