I just found out about Craftster, and now I want to post a few projects that I've done in the last few years. This is the first big project I did back in 2008. I had been doing paper collages using little squares to form a bigger pattern and it hit me that it would be cool to use the same concept for cross-stitch, so I came up with this.

Wow, that must have driven you crazy! I'd have switched off halfway through and would never have got those boundaries so clean!

TraumaDoll: It did take a long time, but actually it didn't drive me too crazy because I was listening to a course on my ipod while doing part of it, so it went pretty fast. And then at other times i find these really relaxing to do because i can listen to music or just think and space out while stitching without having to follow a pattern that requires a lot of attention and counting (those really drive me crazy).
kittykill: thanks again! i really appreciate the comments. i wasn't sure how these would go over.  Smiley
