I want to be Alice Cullen for halloween. I've been looking for a dress that is stylish and cute like something she would wear. I've found some I like, I just don't know what to go with, some ideas from you guys would help. THANK YOU!!

I would wear this without the belt.

that's just some of the dresses I've found if you have some other that would work please let me know.. Thank you!!

I think that they are all cute and Alice-esque, but I feel that the ivory dresses are too light of a colour. I would choose a dress in a dark colour like gray, brown, dark blue, or black.

I own this dress and I think that it would be perfect:

It looks like you can still buy versions of the dress on eBay:

Here are some sites with Alice style tips:

That first dress looks like one of those skirts that were so popular a while back, but pulled up to the bust + a belt!
find one that might fit you that way, in the color you're looking for you may have a really simple and inexpensive solution. The secone one kind of has the same shape and might work the same way. good luck.

1st off: i dont want to burst your bubble, but going as a person who dresses normally (ie, a vampire trying to look like a human) might be a bit difficult to cover. plus, people will be badgering you all night for not going out in a costume if you look like youre just wearing a dress.

2nd: if you wear either one of those dresses, im pretty sure youll be absopositively freezing. unless you live in texas or florida...somewhere southern. as alice lives in alaska, she probably wont wear strapless or lace knee-length dresses anyway, so i suggest bundling up as you normaly would for halloween.

3rd: im not hating on twilight. i think the plots (of the movies) are pretty good. so please dont think im being closed-minded when i give you my opinion as some twilight-hater; because im not. i just think its one of those easy costumes any girl can say she is if she wears a dress & vampire teeth to a costume party.

Thank you for the helpfull comments..

bunnicula, I wanted to go and look at my local thrift shops before I bought any dress, so I went to plato's closet and found this lapis dress for $12.00 http://cgi.ebay.com/NWT-Anthropologie-LAPIS-Convertible-Skirt-Dress-S-M-L-/300463588433?pt=US_CSA_WC_Dresses&hash=item45f5068451 Thanks to your links and that I had checked them out as soon as I saw it I was so happy. I also got this NWT Gap dress for $14.00 http://www.gap.com/Asset_Archive/GPWeb/Assets/Product/636/636643/main/gp636643-00p01v01.jpg I didn't know it was a maternity dress until I looked it up on the website, but it's perfect cause I'm 4 months pregnant, I'm not really showing yet, but I might be by halloween.

Thanks for the help. =)

The lapis dress is almost the exact dress I used for my friend Alice costume last year! Whatever dress you go with just pair it with a little sweater and some black or silver ballet shoes. And you can't forget the Alice ribbon necklace.
