thenorm- I'm sure Senora Kraken would love a stocking! I'm also sure she'd love some friends. I think she's lonely. LOL!

Okay, I also have a confession (from like two pages ago  ), I have never had See's chocolates. And I'm not a huge fan of Godiva... However, my webscripting instructor runs the Endangered Species Chocolate website, works in the factory... I gotta say their freesamples are AWESOME!

Anyway, back on topic, I looooooove wrapping paper. I have a huge stash of black/silver/red paper from Walgreens and then, when I was working at Walmart, I picked up Transformer Bumblebee paper, and at Target I bought The Dark Knight paper like two years ago (but lost last year).
I love picking up gift tags at the dollar store. I always use Disney ones I picked up for my cousins' babies.
I have yet to find decent Hello Kitty paper... But I gotta say, I'm always looking for it!
I loooooove wrapping presents. I am not the best, but I do enjoy it. I've never done a handmade bow before.

I'm not using paper for wrapping.  I'm using fabric bags! they're easy to make. plus, its like another little gift.

I'm excited for partners too.

Good idea - I was thinking of making a few decorated boxes to pack a couple of items in, but I may steal your idea too if you don't mind.

Yay! I love my partner. I think we were meant to spend holidays together (Halloween and now this haha).

If we end up in an Easter Swap together, I shall deem it all a Craftster conspiracy

I'm not using paper for wrapping.  I'm using fabric bags! they're easy to make. plus, its like another little gift.

I do the same thing. It's more personnal and it's useful. Besides, I hate the waste of wrapping paper that I see around here on Xmas

last year, beside the fabrics bags, I also used some old books pages (that i got from work) to wrap some littles gifts

so excited for getting partners. Totally perfect timing too, I can go fabric shop this weekend while my fiance is at debate (far, far out of town, so I have no guilt about buying everything in sight xD )

I absolutely love to wrap gifts. Probably my favorite part of the holidays

I'm so excited for partners. Of course it has to be when I am without the internet. A friend hooked her laptop to our network and now the only device that gets online is my smartphonw (hence this post). Anyone know what might have happened?

Hmmm I can wrap the stuff or not wrap it...depends on the person I am whipping it up for! Let it be known I am famous for feeling up my stocking or gifts like a hot date...LMAO it is so hard to resist....the pretty packaging does make it so tempting like a cool stocking or bright paper.
Some of the stuff I would like in my stocking:
hair ties (I have lots of hair!)
crafty findings/items/notions/whimsies (last year I got pendants and patches to make things....too cool)
treats of course...mmmmm do I dare say what everyone else has been drooling about all day?!
little games
sachets or room spray
perfume
embroidery patterns (love love urban threads or things like that)
coffee or tea
project ideas or maybe a small kit to make a specific project
a cool pin cushion
just a few more that popped into my nugget after reading thru the extensive pages on here already LOL
Partners tomorrow so then on to stalking them and quizzing about specifics....be ready my stocking victim!

When I was 5 my grandpa taught me how to wrap present, he is the worlds best gift wrapper, and ever since then I love wrapping all the present and  making them super fancy, its almost as fun as watching everyone open them
