I'm hoping my partner will mark stuff to open now and stuff to open later. Being a single mom, there isn't anyone to fill my stocking. Well, I guess Marley might fill it with all her crayons and Little People.  Grin

I'm hoping for the same thing. Smiley We will see soon!

I've got tons of new stuff in my store!: http://www.etsy.com/shop/MyWyldChild?ref=ss_profile

I will have to do my stocking on Christmas morning, I could even wait until afternoon, as I love to drag it out!  Every year I mail to my mom, who is 84 and lives about 1000 miles away, and have to time it so the box gets there 1 or 2 days only before C'mas!  She is worse than any kid ever was, so I know she will open stuff, even when she pretends she has not!  We "open gifts together" on the phone every Christmas morning.  Then I hop in the car and go to my daughters across town for an hour or 2 then home to watch endless rounds of Ralphie and his BB gun and the dinner at the Chinese restaurant which is a hoot!  How old is that actor now in real life?  He must be in his 40'S!  LOL!  I can't wait to start making stuff!!!!!

Too bad I don't hear voices, I would enjoy the company

My husband (who is Jewish) is rather cynical about Christmas movies/tv shows. He says they all have the same plot.

Everyone is excited about christmas (or they are depressed about christmas)
Something happens and so Chistmas is probably ruined
Then, there's a Christmas miracle
Christmas is saved!

He jokes about it, but its close to being right.  Smiley

I watch my favorites anyway.  Love Charlie Brown, Grinch cartoons, the Ralphie movie, the claymation ones, and I always watch Christmas Vacation!

I can't wait for partners!

Me too!  I can't believe I forgot about Dr Suess and the Grintch, Mickey's Christmas Carol, and actually a new-school fave is Elf.  I think the plot line is very cute and I love the romantic ending of him back at the north pole with the wee one Smiley

YAY!  I'm so in the Christmas spirit UBER early this year!!

Oh, how could I forget Elf!?! I just love it when Zooey Deschanel sings. She has such an awesome voice. (If you haven't heard them, check out her band, She & Him)
