we tie dyed last weekend.. it was a blast and we got some cool stuff.   my stuff was a total dissapointment.   nothing to do with the dyes, or the technique .. im just off lately.

i just need some ideas on how to snazz em up a bit... they have way more white space than i care for, and just generally dont look as fun as other batches ive made.

I would just re-tie and re-dye.  Maybe try tying it up the opposite of how you originally dyed it?  For example, if you did a spiral going clockwise, try tying it counterclockwise.  That might help you get some of the spots that are still white.  Also, just try really soaking it with the dye (complimentary colors, of course).  I always had trouble with too much white in my tie dye so I started experimenting with different techniques.  I'm still learning & there is a lot of trial and error, but it is the fun kind!

Good luck with this, let me know how it turns out!
