I'm wondering what you all think of it and what everyone's favorite parts are so i can make another just as popular!

This book loving faerie not only lives in a classic fairy tales book, but she has filled her home with the written word. Books lay piled on her shelves and desk. She also enjoys the visual appeal of foreign languages, Chinese and French hang on her wall in frames of twigs.
The Library Faerie is even writing her own book! It lays on her desk, pencil in spine, waiting for her to continue the tale.
A window in the cover allows her to look out and share in the pleasure of you reading. The window opens and closes and is real glass.

This piece was made for the Snellville Public Library in Gwinnett County Georgia and was on display there in the summer of 2010.

Tell me what you think and your favorite part(s)!
THANKS!! <3

Love it all.   The window is fabulous and if I have to pick a favorite part it would be that.

thanks everybody!
I went to the thrift store yesterday and bought some new books, peter pan, a book of ghost stories (Halloween!), and a Christmas cook book (Christmas...duh)  Smiley any more suggestions?

my mom's a librarian and i love books, so all my faerie houses are full of books, but i did try to make this one themed to have more books than the others.

The window in the book cover is sooo cool! I'll need to do that with a mini door I have! I'm so excited!
