Ugg... Making EXTREMELY slow progress, Undecided But I somehow managed to make a granny square today.

Hopefully tomorrow I wont have much homework so I can get more granny squares completed! I'm just happy I managed to get at least ONE done,  Tongue

Keep it up, ya'all!  I know how slowly progress can be... Cry
I was 'figurin' in my head the work progress on my scrappy-ghan...not quite 2/3's of the way on the squares and then the time to lay it out, stack and stitch together, tuck in ends and put a border on it...December, if I'm lucky!  How does one do a project with 3-4X's the squares??!  Shocked
I am on track with today's last two rows being completed...whooohoooo! Grin

I haven't posted on Craftster in ages, but I've been happily lurking along with Granny-A-Day for the last few months! I love seeing the progress on everyone's projects. I was waiting to post until I found my camera cord and lo and behold, it finally turned up!

I don't do anywhere near a granny a day... one a week if I'm lucky. Once I finish this project I may try to do one a day with smaller squares. I actually have 8 now. It's a stashbusting project and I was hoping to have enough for an Inga bag, but I'm almost out of green! I think I might have enough to complete the squares, if I do the joining and handles in a different colour. Otherwise I'll either make a smaller bag than planned, or do half the squares in a different colour scheme. I'll have to see what's in my stash. I am determined not to spend any money on this project!

I have been in a afghan rut lately so a friend suggest that I try 1) crafster.org and 2) a granny square afghan.  So here I am, I can't wait to break out all those odds and ends yarn skeins and get started   Smiley

mommycrochets, thanks for that link on the Russian join! That could definitely come in handy at some point!

And, I'm glad some folks have started posting pictures- it's inspiring to see such a variety of sizes and colors.

In addition the the granny reconstruction project, I do have a rectangle granny to work on, but it's been way too hot to plop an afghan on my lap!

The choices you make today determine the choices you will have tomorrow.
