Well here's the situation. 2 weeks ago the element in my parents fan oven died. So we have no oven and no grill. What I do have is a hob and a microwave. It has got to the point though where I'm missing the oven! It could be another 2 weeks until it's fixed and I'm running out of ideas! Stirfrys, pasta, ready meals, have all been severely over done in the past few days. I miss baking pies!! Any suggestions of some more creative things would be great  Wink

Too bad you don't have a slow cooker.  I did without an oven for almost a year and I used a slow cooker a lot.  Here is a great site for recipes.  This is a link to their microwave cooking section.  It has recipes for potato chips, chocolate pudding, pumpkin butter, and brownies (just to name a few) made in the microwave.

You can bake on the stovetop. I've done it a lot. Smiley Check out the link for some blog posts I've done about baking on the stove - it might give you some ideas. Smiley
