I created this for the Things with Tentacles swap. It was something on my partners wist and I loved it and decided to put my own little twist on it and of course now I have to make one for myself. It is made out of polymer clay with a dowel shoved inside it for support and stability and it is kept in place with foam in the pot. The grass is paper I shredded in the shredder and then crimped, crumbled and then hot glued. The sea foam green contrasted with teal makes the tentacles look like they glow, it's really cool. Hope you like it.

My reaction upon seeing this:

Oh. My. God.  This is AWESOME.

I may have to play around with this idea.  It's gorgeous and creepy (in a good way) all at the same time.  Thank you for sharing! Smiley

Thanks for the tentacle love everyone. I just bought some more polymer clay this past weekend so that I can make one for myself, yeah.  Grin Now I just need to find about a half hour to actually do it.
