This here is my Mixed Berry crunch pie. The berries were all hand picked too Smiley It contains: Marion Berries, Blueberries, and Black berries. It has a regular pie crust for the bottom, the filling is berries, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. And of course, some butter here and there. The topping is a mixture of butter, flour, sugar, and oats. Smiley So nummy. I'll post the full recipe at the end. Smiley

The Pie! Smiley It's so good. ^^;; all that hard work of picking those berries paid off. Let me tell you!


Filling:
4 Cups Berries
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbl Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbl Butter

Mix Together all ingredients expect butter, pour on crust.
Cut up butter and place randomly on top of Pie

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes


Topping for Crunch
4 Tbls Flour
2 Tbls Sugar
3 Tbls butter
4 Tbls Oats

Mix all together, sprinkle on top

Cook another 30 minutes!

Sadly I have a tendency to eat all of my berries on the way home... but I will have to resist next time so I can make this!  Cheesy
