you rock, as soon as I left the theater from seeing this movie I turned to my boyfriend and said "I have to craft a minion" and he said "ask me if i'm suprised? NO" So thank you for the pattern so that I can easily make my own minion. AGAIN YOU ROCK.

That's fantastic---I'm working on one myself!!
And I like the pattern---I may base parts of mine on yours, though I think my dimensions are different   Grin Grin

My friend is obsessed with this movie right now. I think I'm going to make her one of these as a going-away-to-college present. He can keep an eye on her room while she's in class.
Thank you so much for the free pattern!

I haven't seen the movie, but according to the previews, this is an exact replica.  Congratulations on a job well done - I've bookmarked the pattern - I've been following your blog for some time now.  Thanks so much for the pattern.  I've GOT to make (at least) one of these.

Thanks everyone for the lovely compliments!  I've had a few folks showing me pictures of the minions they've made using the pattern,  and it's so neat to see how everyone's minion is so different and unique!

I just love the creativity that something like this brings out in people!  Cheesy

I love this! And talk about how useful these guys are too! Not only will they do your bidding for you, but if you're ever in need of some illumination, just squeeze their middles and shake and they become a nice little glowstick.  Cheesy

Hmmm,   they DO have glow in the dark yarns in various colors,  I bet that would work nicely for these little guys Cheesy
