I made these with about $10 worth of materials between the thrift shop and jewelry findings from yard sales. Really simple, just get some fur trim and start glueing with a hot glue gun from the inside of the boot, and wrap, tack, repeat until you reach the top! I was lucky enough that the boots had a thread loop already in them (most likely had some sort of chain originally) and I just clipped one end of a clasped bracelet to one side and handstitched the looped end to the thread loop on the other side of the boot. sorry no pics of the process, I woulda needed a third hand! comments/criticism welcome, this is my first attempt at working with shoes.
