Has anyone watched Toy Story 3 movie yet?  A friend of mine who watched it already told me that there's a Totoro in the movie!  Totoro's my favorite anime character out of all the films I've watched  Smiley.  A couple of weeks ago, I crocheted out all three sizes of Totoro!  Since it happens to be one of the characters appearing in Toy Story 3, I thought I'd post my completed projects up before the movie gets taken out of the theatre.

Anddddddd here they are! (I tried to re-create the scene where Mei follows the tiny- and medium-sized Totoros into the tree trunk and meets the large Totoro.  Unfortunately I was too lazy to crochet Mei out... I'll post pictures up if I do get a chance to crochet her out! Cheesy)

Front view:

More pictures of my Totoros on my blog if anyone's interested in seeing more of them!!

PS. I'll be watching the Toy Story movie on Friday~~ Excited!! hehe Grin  But please don't spoil it if any of you have already watched it!

Wonderful! I love this scene, I had the picture as my desktop background for ages. How big are they?

The large one's around 23cm tall, with the medium and small ones at around 10cm and 6.5cm, respectively.  Smiley

Sorry I didn't write down the pattern while I was making them (I just did a lot of do's, un-do's and re-do's until I got the shapes I wanted).  I can't remember what I did, but I can try to figure it out!  Cheesy I'll be making another small- and medium-sized Totoro for my friends soon, so I'll make sure I write down the pattern for those ones!

Oh, these are so cute - you did a lovely job! I am ashamed to admit that I've never seen the Totoro movie, but I'm going out to rent it asap. I just saw Toy Story 3 (it was amazing) and I just loved Bonnie's Totoro!
