Can you tell me a little more about the vinyl sheeting you used? does it have glue on it and is that heat activated. My niece has asked me to make her a pair of fairy wings that look real :O and i found this discussion and was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction. I read somewhere that there is a heat activated vinyl that glues together and i'm hoping that what you talking about is the product. She wants coloured cellophane and I have no idea how to place that between the sheets.

Help.... i said i would make her some from Christmas .. shakes head, me and my bright ideas Sad

Here are 2 free tutorials calling for "cellophane", I was assuming that to be angelina or the like which is quite pricey but someone in the comments mentions finding iridescent cello at Party City which seems to be the stuff that is sold to wrap presents and gift baskets. Read the comments, lots of people talk about their tricks and tips.
