I DO LOVE these! Grin Sorry to yell. But, they made me SQUEE!

I don't know how to crochet well, but I'd LOVE to make some of these. So, I'm going to have to find your blog.
Thank you!
P.S. Gosh, I miss going to Austin at least twice a month. Oh, Toy Joy, how I miss thee!

I'm on hiatus from swapping.

I already started on a couple of them and they go so fast too.

There will always be people who say mean words  because you are different, and sometimes their minds cannot be changed. There are many more people who do not judge others based on how they look or where they are from. THOSE are the people whose WORDS truly matter.

I'm a very early beginner and I want to make these because they're AMAZING, but I'm confused about the posted pattern. Could you explain the 6 stitch increase and how to start it off? (Sorry!)

These are very adorable!  I saw them and had to show the hubby and he said "Oooh!  Make me some! Just not rainbow-y".  I mean - he's a man....  he likes boring colors.   Roll Eyes  After I make a few other things I may make some for him.  He's going to have soooooo many freakin little amigurumis sitting around collecting dust.   Cheesy

I'm in love!
I whipped one up in less than an hour this morning...now I just have to give him an expression...and I don't have the eyes you used so I'm going to figure another kind of eye out.
I've been teaching two of my children to knit and crochet (ages 9 and 11) and this reinvigorated their interest...so we r going to jump on this and make many monsters (I hope)
Thanks so much for the inspiration!
If my daughters can stick with it for long enough to make them, I'll post them.

Okeydokey. Here's mine. Except I am lazy and I don't like to sew pieces together. So on the last round I crocheted in the back loops only, then decreased til I had 6sts and sewed together. It makes a nice little base for him to sit. My 3yo insisted on using the nose so I left the mouth off.
