Half Lemonade, Half OJ, with no ice, thanks.

Pamplemouse's project is done and will be sent out tonight, once I find my kraft paper.
This was really fun, and I am really happy with the way it came out.
Hope you think the same thing!

Yours is currently drying and will be sent out tomorrow. And it is over the top!

So Chibiichan got hers today & now I can post pics!!!

This is what she sent me:

This is what I sent back to her:

A close up:

The idea came to me when I was on a fashion website with models wearing "Jesus is my homeboy" t-shirts. I thought he needed a good reason to be with his crew.

The quote is from Leonard Bernstein & says"Music can name the unnamable and communicate the unknowable". It seemed very fitting.

The background is all scraps of fabric that I sewed together & painted over to bring it together. The dancing people are all random pics of people I know or from old magazines.

I'm so glad you like it Channon!!! I can't wait to hear what everyone else thinks!!

Okay, I'm a day late sending mine already but here it is.  I might do something else to it on the way to post office tomorrow otherwise, it's done! So much fun...

oh lordy, worthwhilegirl! (lame reference intended) thats absolutely incredible. i hate getting hopes up by posting a pic that isnt a finished product, but i was lost in the trauma of moving from dorm back home for the summer, so i never had a chance (or the cables!) to post goldfinch's original painting as she was so kind to do for me. its a print on paper, of what my sister says looks like a nazi christmas card. it doesnt look much like that now, but im still in the process of altering, as ive already apoligized for, and it should be on its way soon!
