About a year ago I read about a store in Kansas City that had many different arts/crafts going on...for example, one week they might be offering a glass fusing class, the next week they might be offering jewelry making, etc.  Is anyone familiar with this place?

perhaps your talking about Michaels?

I am a mother of two. Grandmother of one. Wife of over 20 years. I love to read, create things, draw, paint, camp and did I mention that I like to create things?
If at all possible, I like to repurpose things. I think it's the best way to go.

no, the focus was teaching different specialties rather than being a supply place.  Like if you wanted to learn how to make stained glass pieces, you could take a class with them, then the next month it would be a different focus

That would be Urban Arts and Crafts in Briarcliff.
