YEY! I'm so glad you liked your things, Winged_Soul! =D  I had a ton of fun crafting them! ^_^

I has some more pix for the thread, here, and some explanations-

Here's the Kiki glass BEFORE I touched it up:

And here it is AFTER touch-up:

The touching up consisted of me scratching at the un-baked dried black paint caaaaarefully with an Xacto blade.

Here's the kitty close-up:

Some quick pics of the corduroys:

The Shirt I did with freezer paper, cut using my Silhouette cutting machine, so the cutting part was fairly easy, but the ironing-on proved to be a mite difficult, here's how it looked after I'd finally got all the pieces off the cutting mat:

Many tiny pieces later: SUCCESS!

But first, before that, I'd got two of my swap partners completely mixed up, and made the shirt in the wrong size and color DOH.  Time to start over, dear...

Correct color and size compleated!

Thanks again for being such an awesome partner, Winged_soul! <3

Awesome job skullseamstress, loving the Jiji kitty! Great thinking with the scratching off the mistakes on glass, the second one is so much more detailed.

I'm not obsessed. I'm excessively enthusiastic.

Everything looks so completely awesome. And when my sister comes back with the camera this weekend, I'll upload all my pictures of the cards I made for sheriffkarli. I'm exceptionally proud of them. They took forever. Smiley And the paintings were right off her wist. Tongue

I received earlier this week but had some issues with digital camera battery charger.  Sorry for the wait but here's what I received:

Thanks JuliminustheE.  Smiley

Ok here is the awesomeness I received from Bhevarri!  Grin

The whole lot ... minus some candy/almond pocky's (those were devoured almost instantly). It includes: a totoro grin shirt, two tote bags, a bracelet, necklace, japanese candies, and a bag of cute little stickers!

Close ups of the super sweet jewlery. The bath tokens and soot sprites was such a cool idea!

The necklace has ponyo, no face, jiji, totoro, calcifer and some konpeito!

I absolutely love everything! Thank you Bhevarri!

Join the club. I was in such a rush to get it out in time, I didn't have time to charge my camera battery, so no photos for me and a swap partner MIA.

So get your imagination caps on. I sent:

an electric blue XXL t-shirt fro her BF. I hand drew a copy of a pic from Princess Mononoke. This one onto some beige fabric and sewed it onto the t-shirt.

A khaki little bag with a hand painted picture of Moro the wolf God in This pose

A leather thong necklace with Princess mononokes mask made in polymer clay and varnished like this

Finally I crocheted two kodama in some glow-in-the-dark yarn

My idea was to introduce my swap partner to one of the films she hadn't seen. She chose princess mononoke and I crafted items from the film and bought a copy of the film to send to her.
