its so gorgeous!!! looks just like the dresses I see online!!!1 great job!!!! Did you use a pattern for the bustier?  

i made the pattern using pattern drafting. it wasn't as hard as i thought, just a lot of measuring...i used the book How to make sewing patterns by donald mccunn for the basic bodice sloper and then i cut out a contoured strapless pattern using that.

Love the pick up skirt!!! I've got an idea for a dress for our Black and Blue ball ( Roller Derby realted of course...) that has that pick up skirt thingy.... hopefully mine is as sucessful as yours!
