Those stitch markers are adorable.  I want to know how she made them!

The cherry blossom Pin Cushion is really cute and I love the embroidered sign...  "Just remember...  as far as anyone knows we're a normal family".  I'm REALLY going to make to make that for my house now...  it describes my family so perfectly!

Somehow...  I remember looking at this yesterday (I think??) and there were only 18 pages...  it exploded!  But in a good way  Grin

OMG you gals are all killing me with the "I'll post tomorrow" business, lol!  I'm dying to see pics and have serious patience issues......
We are helping you learn more patience!

Anyway, had a good day yesterday...a friend came to visit that I haven't seen in a few months, and I got my swap package from AttieNichole.

Sweet shop tin:

Inside the tin was a kerchief off my wist, another headband thing with awesome sparkly and mohair type yarn:

(Somehow the pic turned out blurry)

AND...a huge flower motif:

Closeup of the flower in the center:

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, but it's cool!

A dish/pan scrubbie:

A bag from my wist with a HUGE flower:

A green cloche/hat:

A cool tealight holder and rose tealights:

(I burned one yesterday when my friend was over visiting)

Finally, some recycled magazine envelopes:

I love the Sam Francis one....that's the blue splatter one on the left side of the picture.

The things on the bottom are actually beads.  They were some extremely old ones that my grandmother had and got handed down to me.  I got some crazy old craft stuff from her.  Some of the buttons that I sent to JCA1982 were really old...the tags on them said they were ten cents for a set of 4 or 6.  Crazy.

I'm a little bit country, and I'm a little bit rock and roll.

The gallery is looking awesome!

I just got back from a meet-up with QNM! Who so cool and laid-back. I love her  Cheesy She made the most awesome stuff!!! Sadly, I need to do some homework like right now, but as soon as I'm done with that I'm going to take pictures of everything and have it up in the gallery.

Thank you so much QNM!!!  Grin

My camera is still acting a little weird, but I can't wait anymore.  Hopefully these will do at least partial justice to the wonderful gifts I received from jennilocker.

Jenni said I gave her something she didn't know she wanted ( the book).  Well, she did the same for me!  I have never thought about wanting or wisting etched glass anything, but I love my new beehive glasses!  I collect honeypots and bee things so these are perfect for my kitchen.  Also; my hubby despises the new glasses I bought ( says they feel like flower vases) so he's very happy with these too.  ( There are 4 glasses)

Check out this gorgeous felted purse and pouch!  Jenni said I was lucky to get these, everyone who saw them before she mailed my package tried to claim them.  Good save, Jen!

Next we have two things that have been on my wish list only forever, a mug cozy and a knitting needle roll.  I'll keep the mug cozy on my wist because my daughter promptly claimed this one.  Luckily, she doesn't knit so I get to keep that.  Oh yeah, she even put some needles in the roll!

She sent tons of great extras:  vintage children's books, a bee album, 2 patterns, a cute vintage embroidery, skull fabric, and an adorable bee hive picture.  I'm taking up so much pic room I decided just to tell about those.

I do have to show one extra she sent though, because it is too beautiful not to show.  Can you believe this necklace?  Sorry no action shot, I'm playing the role of crazy cat-hair covered lady in need of shower right now.

Okay; you would think that's all.  Nope!  For my 21 year old daughter who is intelligent enough to recognize Led Zeppelin as one of the greatest bands of all time, a clock made of one of their album covers!

But wait!  What happened to the record itself?  This!!!

I have wanted one of these for Whitney since I first saw one for $30 in a shop in Boone, NC years ago.  I didn't want just any old record bowl though.  I wanted a Led Zeppelin bowl for her.  Jenni searched high and low and found the perfect record then produced the absolute most perfectly made record bowl I've ever seen.  I actually screamed when I pulled this out of the box.

I can't even begin to tell you how perfect this entire package is and how much I love everything.  Thank you Thank you Thank you!
