Hi all,
I've been reading these business-related boards for the past few days and have found great advice - thanks!

My husband, brother-in-law and I are starting an online retail site selling mainly tshirts at this time.  The design, development and printing of the products is all taking place in WA state where my brother-in-law lives as he is the founder of our little project.  My husband and I will be managing the business from a day-to-day perspective from our home in CA - this includes processing orders and shipping out the products to customers.

That's what confuses me...should we get our business license in CA or WA...or both? Anybody else come up against a similar situation - your advice would be helpful!  I'm planning to call about it in both states but I'm realllly hoping to end up licensing in WA since the fees are much lower.  We'll see...

Here's to all of our new business adventures!  Whoop!
