Salmon is a cold water fish, which growth in high-latitude regions such as Canada, Norway, Japan and the U.S. Salmon, tender meat also has high nutritional value.

Salmon is not only high-protein, low-calorie health food, but also contains many vitamins and calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and other minerals, and also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. In all fish, salmon contains omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids up. Nutrition studies have shown, omega-3 fatty acids can effectively reduce the incidence of hypertension and heart disease, but also arthritis, breast cancer and other chronic diseases are the benefits of growth and development of fetuses and children are promoted. So I will share the recipe with everyone about win smoked salmon.

2 Pieces Salmon 2, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons red wine, sugar 2.5 tablespoons, ginger a small piece of sliced, 1 dried chili , 2 tablespoons water

1, Clean cut salmon into large bowl, add 1 tablespoon red wine, salt and pepper 1 tsp salt Mix about 1 hour.

2, Put all the spices into a small pot open (according to their taste for seasoning, I like to eat the sweet side), the off little heat and simmer for an alternate

3, Put more oil into pan, the marinated steaks on kitchen paper and dry after water into the frying pan until cooked.

4, The fried steaks into the sauce pot, small torches on both sides of the fish, cook about 1 minute thats ok.
