Hi everyone!

I really love the look of honeycomb smocking: http://rensden.files.wordpress.com/2009/05/honeycomb.jpg
But I have no idea how to do it. I googled it but all of the tutorials are confusing me...Does anyone have a simple, direct explanation of how to do this smocking technique?
Thanks bunches,
S<3phie
