Very nicely done... Prom dresses are a pain to do but yours looks like it was worth it. And don't worry you'll probably find like 10 more gay best friends in college... I know I did. Smiley

Life is too short to waste your time being normal.

what a beautiful dress! and as a flat-chested female, I have to say, your rack looks great. I envy you! really though, classic and clean with a flair of chic. Its beautiful, and I hope you had a rocking time!

Just popping (almost wrote pooping... twice!) in to remind you how ridiculously awesome this is. I'm about to attempt making my first corset for a party that's innnn 9 days. Any tips?

You're beautiful, your dress is beautiful, and I hope your prom was equally lovely.  =)

I'm especially impressed with the corset portion and the way you came up with it from scratch.  I've had the same problem--every single tutorial I've found involves an underbust corset, but the part I need help with visualizing is the bust area.  I *think* I've got it, but I'm not sure...it's basically like a bra-type thing?  I don't know how hard it would be for you to explain it, but would you be able to describe how you dealt with the problem?

Again, it's BEAUTIFUL.

This is gorgeous! i am sooooo jealous of the bust fitting! I can't fit busts to save my life, especially in a corset type setting! I just don't know how to do it!

Seriously, beautiful, i love the non-traditional fabrics =) Good job!
