Oh wow boberry, LOVE!  I really like how your yarn stash is rightnext to your bed .  Roll Eyes  Gotta keep it where it's important, right?   Tongue

lol I was thinking the same thing!

Thanks everyone, the afghan was really fun to make, if you have never made such a big project before then now is the perfect time to try it.  Mine has 112 squares so in all honesty if you made one a day(takes about 15 minutes) you could have one too in 4 months.  If it wasn't for this cal i never would have tried something so big but now I am looking for my next project!
And the yarn stash is one of 3...my room was the last place to get one as I am completely out of room in this house to put any.  Last week I picked up 3 garbage bags of yarn at a garage sale for $20.  All vintage, still in the bag, fun colored stuff....so looks like I am going to work my butt off this summer to use it all as it is in the garage right now waiting for me to make a home for it all.

So I ran out of yarn for the bag I was making...I got to 12 squares & ran out of brown, sad sad.  but it turned out a decent size, large enough for my wallet, phone, crackers, keys, binky and other things I need.
It needs handles & it's done:

This is it partially put together

all ready for handles. I like the odd shape.

TheRobotSays, I like the shape and colors of your bag! Running out of brown could be a blessing in disguise Wink

I was able to get 3 more squares finished today, so now my total is 10 (4 brown, 4 pink, 2 purple). Once they're all done, I'll start weaving the ends and then I can join them together!

The choices you make today determine the choices you will have tomorrow.

TheRobotSays, I actually like the smaller size. I can't wait to see the finished one, are you still going to knit the handles for it?

Ooo, I like it!  It's small and unexpected!

Still need to weave in the ends, I was too lazy to knit i-cord for it so I just hdc some handles.
I really like how it turned out.

I'm working on my blanket today, so I should be done by tomorrow.  And then I can start on my Inga bag.
