For the latest Firefly Swap my partner requested a Captain Tight Pants doll. This is what I made.

Captain Tight Pants himself, although he is wearing his normal loose pants rather than his formal tight pants. Grin

A close-up of his gun.

His pretty face. {We are just too damn pretty for God to let us die.}

The doll is based on Runo's Nekomimi doll. I didn't do the outer skin so I made up a nose and sewed it on. While the clothes are a modified version of some of Craftewoman's poppet clothes pattern. The leather is just made up stuff. The clothes took a lot longer to make than the doll, although the hair took a while because there are a few layers. I can only use a sewing machine on big things so he and his clothes are all hand sewn.

This makes me laugh! All the little details are so great.

It is better to have crafted and failed then never to have crafted at all.
Yes, I am stalking the Toys and Playthings board. Thanks for noticing!
I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.
