As soon as I finished dyeing some rainbow yarn last week with Easter Egg dyes, I was determined to make something out of it for my daughter, so I just started knitting in the round on my circular needles until a skirt was born! It's a bit of a mini-skirt, but hey, she's got the legs for it!! Just a fun skirt to try out something new to knit, maybe next time I'll try to follow a pattern!

Check out my post on Easter Egg Dyeing for more info on how to....

That's her new scrap yarn blanket she's standing on, another finished project!

Super cute.  I'm glad you found a use for that yarn.  I really like it!

Eco-friendly items, patterns, hippies, and more.

I'm on Ravelry, too!

I love it! I'll have to look into this egg-dye stuff, I have some extra tablets from a photo shoot that I did with a basket I made up (I don't have any kids of my own, but wanted to make up some nice Easter photos). Kudos on the blanket too!  Grin Grin Grin

I think the colors are terrific! I will have to try it too. What a great imagination!
