I made these two scottie dogs and I have a full week before I give them to my niece and nephew.
I want to make some eyes for them, and maybe a big ol cheshire-ish grin. I think the kids would like it.

how the heck do i make spiralie eyes? and a big ol mouf full of teefs? -- on the scotties:

They look great! For the teeth you could hand sew white triangles on, or make a red felt mouth with the triangles sewn on and sew that onto the face. Make sure it starts and ends about 1 to 1.5 squares in. For the eyes, you could sew some cute buttons on or for a spiral eye, draw a spiral on a piece of felt and cut into it twice, so you have taken a 'line' of the felt out. then sew this on using a running stitch going all around the spiral. These patchwork dogs are so cute and must have taken quite a while!
