I've had some serious craft withdrawls over the last two months. New/old house has been keeping me busy!
Dollar store brushes transformed with polymer clay. I used some molds, an extruder, stamps, and some good old fashion imagination!!!

Swallows(tattoo style), Vampire bleeding heart, and a rockin bunny

Sea Creatures

Snakes on a brush, Egyptian find, Pretty Pretty Flowers

Hooters....the feathered kind

Foxy fox, Black Hearted, Rawr I'm a lion(It was the best I can do)

No Twilight jokes...I've had these molds longer then Twilight existed..Oh and the Bear Goddess

Stone cold lady, Dragonfly in the sky..., She's pretty and she knows it

the brushes are gorgeous and such a good idea.  did you bake the brush backs and then stick them on the plastic brushes?

That is a lot of brushes!  I'm assuming you are going to sell them??
The owls are my favorites.

How well do they hold up to usage?  They are really pretty!

Thanks everyone!

I bake them right on the brush! I tried doing them separate but they wouldn't always fit right after baking. They're wood handle brushes so they don't melt..Tried a small plastic one for my purse...it melted! Plus on m the baking sheet I use yo I keep cotton batting on it so the bristles don't burn.

Some I sell at the summer market here and some I keep around for gifts.
They hold up really well. I end up breaking one every once in awhile but that will happen carting them to craft shows and markets.
