Some background history: My parents separated when I was two years old. Neither could raise children, so my paternal grandparents took custody of me and my brother and they ended up raising us. They were the most amazing people. They loved us like we were their own children and actually tried to adopt us. Papa passed away in July 2004 and Mama passed in December 2008. Losing Papa had been really hard, but when Mama I was heartbroken. Both of my parents were gone.

Well, I was rummaging through some photos one day and I realized how few of them I had of Mama: she was usually the one taking the pictures. So I decided I had to put these few precious photos in an album. The theme was simple: flowers. Mama always loved flowers, especially pink roses. I'm not completed with the album because I'm still finding pictures every now and then, so here's what I've completed.
