i made bunnies for my kids for easter. i couldn't get a good picture of the 2nd one, but here's the one for my daughter. the other i made (for my son) is the same, but a deep wine red instead of pink.

Thats super cute!  Those will indeed look so adoreable in an easter basket.  Is the pattern available to share?

here's a link to where i got the pattern. it was easy enough that even i managed to make it! Cheesy i did make a couple changes when i made mine. i made a pompom for the tail, and i accidentally made the ears too long, so i turned them into floppy lop ears, instead of upright like hers, lol. anywho, here's the link! http://www.heartstringsfiberarts.com/bunny-pattern.shtm

Isn't it amazing how the bunny turns out?

I had forgotten about this pattern.
Many, many thanks for reminding me!
But I only have a few hours to get it knitted, sewn up and stuffed! In between all the other Easter prep.
