I think rapunzel scarves would be a great and quick gift. They can be customized to everyone's tastes and kept on hand for those people you forgot or who suddenly show up with a gift for you.

I'm looking to do flat rate box{US} supply swaps! PM me if you're interested!
Will do personal swaps!

I have alot of General Foods coffee tins & alot of card making paper.  Thought I would cover the tins & lid, then put in a spicy nut mix, made at home.  That would be the gift.  They could use it later as a 'quarter keeper' to save up for something.

Plus, I plan to make the heating pads that go around you nect & down your shoulders.  Since I will need to buy a 50lb bag of deer corn to fill it with, LOTS of folks may be getting this.  I do alot of sewing.  This will help keep my shoulders back & relieve back pain.  (Some of you youngsers out there may not know what I'm talking about yet.)

My grandparents are getting stockings, socks (gpa) and a purse (gma).  The other family members will be getting baskets of homemade snacks/beer bread mix (one basket per family).  The kids in my life are getting hooded towels, I think.

I'm still fuzzy on what I'm making my mom.  Possibly the makeup holder she's been asking for for ages, maybe a car organizer ... (It seems I think she needs organizing).  Probably a scarf, too.

I have a lot of people I have to craft for, so I already have a large chunk of my list figured out.

Red = Started working on it

Dad- Tea wallet
Mom- Damnit doll
Nana/Papa- GD lap blanket
Older sister- Supernatural cross-stitch
Younger sister- Rapunzel scarf
Grandma- Two Christmas Baubles
Friend #1- Fingerless gloves
Friend #2- Journal
Friend #3- Rapunzel scarf
Friend #4- Fingerless gloves
Friend #5- Pencil roll (for storing pencils, pens, etc.)

I just need to figure out gifts for my aunt and my grandpa.

Most of these probably won't be started until summer vacation or later. I tend to change my mind about Christmas presents a lot Cheesy.

Yay! I knew someone would have it up already Wink

This year I'm attempting something completely opposite to last year - last year we spent a LOT of money on our kids, went a bit plastic-crazy and as a result, even now, more than 6 months later we have UNOPENED toys in our garage. Not acceptable! Especially since it was more for us than them, we have a 2 year old and a now 6 month old, who was just 1 week old at Christmas time!!
So this year, no gifts will be bought in my house for anyone. Not my Mum, or MIL. Not the kids, my soon to be hubby (he will be by then!) or me. Everything must be made (or at very least, customised Wink )
This is the list for the kids so far:

Play kitchen - an IKEA hack on the LACK side table. Inspiration can be found here: http://ikeahacker.blogspot.com/search?q=play+kitchen in particular, the RAST one Cheesy

Then for my 2 year old little man, who will be 2 1/2 by Christmas (ok, closer to 3, but I'm in denial)
Felt food
Finger puppets
Family & Friends photo memory cards (I think I found them on here somewhere, I've been thinking about them for almost a year now  Embarrassed)
Lounge pants
Crayon Roll
A few applique tops

And something else, I don't know what yet though!!

For my princess, who will have just celebrated her 1st birthday
* Felt blocks
* A felt book (def inspired by some amazing crafters here!!!)
* Lounge pants
* A couple of pinafores in size 1
* Crayon roll - because she'll be starting to draw too!
* Appliqued onsies
* Hair clip holder (one on a canvas, with ribbons, like this one
* And hair clips to go with the holder, of course.
* Maybe a few dresses too, we'll see how we go Wink

Haven't started lists for everyone else yet though!

Oh man I've been thinking about Christmas for so long!

I have no clue what to do for my parents or husband, sister or brother in-law, but! for my son: an applique alphabet book, fabric stacking rings toy, and who knows what else...

for my niece and nephew i am kind of thinking hooded towels and washcloth puppets or getting them bathtub paints or something to go with?

for my friends twins (3 years old) and their 1 yr. old, i would like to make some awesome melly & me stuffed animals, but it depends on how much time i have...all the kids i know may just get hooded bath towels!

i have a bunch of baby blankets i am trying to get knocked out right now though (3!) and a 5 month old son, and school starts again soon so i may be a little overly ambitious...
I enjoy being a dame.

I only have one gift in mind right now that I *know* I am making...either for Christmas or her birthday (which is at the end of November) - she loves the Beatles, and there is a poster at Bed Bath & Beyond that has all the imported British Beatles album covers on it - it's $70 and she's been wanting it for a couple of years now...so it inspired me to make her a set of tile coasters with the album covers on it...or at least tailor them to her favorite album or song. But I know it will be a set of coasters featuring the Beatles. Smiley

Aside from that, I've got nothing...lol!

I have a few items picked out, but mostly just starting on my list.  I have been making something and buying something for each person, that way (hopefully) they are satisfied with their gifts.  I got most of my ideas here on craftster, btw.

Dad --Jack Daniels lamps
Nieces/nephews--hooded towels and goldfish or suprise inside soap
Friend (K)-- scarf (thinking rapunzel)
My kids -- I would love to make them a play kitchen like PP, felt food, lounge pants w/matching Ts

Not sure what else, that's all I got for now.
