I spent waaaay too much time last night pre-stalking the people that are posting here and signing up for this swap. I have to say, I'm excited! Lots of fun folks! Smiley  As far as the knitted amigurumi go, I know I personally wouldn't care. I just like cute little aminals. Smiley I will most likely be crocheting mine, but my partner is certainly free to create however he/she sees best.

Tygermane- I hope you can join us, too!

LimeRiot- My foray into the world of knitting ended in the Urgent Care clinic Embarrassed, so I just play with hooks.   Cheesy  But I highly respect anyone who can knit and not require a tetanus shot!

Eeee gads!! I won't even ask how that happened. I (knock on wood) have never sufferred any injuries past very cramped hands Smiley.

McBec27 - Isn't stalking fun?? Hmmm...that came out weird. You know what I mean!!

This seems like such a fun talented group and I'm excited to craft with y'all Smiley.

I'm in too!! Yahhooooo! Can't wait to get partnered up.  Do you guys like knitted ami's too or mostly just crochet? I do both but I consider myself a better knitter and recently just got some fun new patterns that I'm excited to try Smiley.
Amigurumis are generally worked in the round, so theoretically I guess you could knit them by using circular needles or a set of DPs.

Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.

Everyone should have "in progress" listed on their profiles, if you notice that I missed you, let me know.

Working in the round is part of what makes them so fun for me.  I don't seem to think in a straight line very often and crochetting in one takes a good bit of thought. Smiley

Haha, dragons are the best! I really should make something Easter-y, at least for my family... maybe some flowers or something, anything to help me with the wait!

I definitely have an amigurumi addiction, LOL. I am waiting for feedback from another swap right now and am definitely considering submitting a questionaire when that is completed since ami's are tons of fun and don't take that long to make.

Has anyone ever tried to make a sea dragon?

Pay no attention to me dancing with my girl, we have every intention of being failures in this world.
