I know, you all are probably sick to death of seeing this.  I had a flash of inspiration last night though, and this morning I just had to put it into effect.  Always in an effort to streamline my knitting kit, I explored around a little and saw that some people use a dental floss container to cut their yarn.  Well, I don't want the dental floss box to take up a bunch of space, so I just took off the little cutter thingee and attached it onto the box! Has anyone else done this?

another thing that would work well is those letter openers with the little blade in them.
