As far as I know, most flat rate swaps are US only, but if we got some non-US people who could send flat rate boxes to each other, we could just pair them up. (Like if MinkBikini in Canada, and Gavagai in Sweden wanted to swap...they'd have to look up prices and see if it works for them both...)

I, In the us, have sent a small flat rate priority box to Sweden before! Its just quite a bit more expensive to do so.

on the box thing i may end up sending a large box even if its not the requirement. I feel like spoiling some one ^_~

When shipping internationally if a package is under 4 lbs it's cheaper to send in a regular box than in a priority flat rate box.  I once sent a package that would have cost over $20 in a small flat rate box but cost under $5 when I put it in a regular box.

I think it was said in a earlier post that September would work for mostly everyone. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Did we decide on a organizer??
