So I joined the forum a week or so ago and have been pouring over it and stealing ideas (you guys are too creative!). And after much inspiration, I made my first effort at decoupaging/collaging. I did these two picture frames. All the pictures are cut out from magazines... there are a few wrinkles, but it was my first time  Tongue
this is (maybe) for my boyfriend. that's his favorite picture of us. i can't decide if it's too girlie to give to him, though
this is just a floral themed one i decided to do. the picture in it is from a magazine, too. I just thought it looked cool.

Let me know what you think!

They turned out nicely.  I think you should give it to him!

Welcome to Craftster!  Grin

I really like the frames! Even though it is a little girly, the first frame seems like a very heart-felt gift! The second one is really pretty... and I can't see any wrinkles at all!

Wow! I really like them both. I think you did an awesome job.

I think that since it's his favourite pic of the both of you guys together, you should give it to him. Who cares how "girly" it is, it's heartfelt and warming so it's all good. Cheesy

Be what you would seem to be - or, if you'd like it put more simply - never imagine yourself not to be otherwise than what it might appear to others that what you were or might have been was not otherwise than what you had been would have appeared to them to be otherwise.

I'm addicted to women's magazines... Glamour, Jane (!), Marie Claire, Allure, Lucky... when I'm done reading them, I cut them up.
