Life is far too serious to take so seriously

Okay, so, I know it's a crazy attempt to be made, but someone has to try to make a version of these that is less "high art" and more wearable.

So, here is the evidence I have gathered so far:

So here we can see that the shoes have a zipper (suprisingly enough I would have assumed they just sealed all the models' feet into them)

I am figuring starting with a stripper shoe as the base with a platform. I originally examined fetish shoes with a ballet point (http://www.funkypair.com/shinyblackballetfetishshoes.aspx) but then realized a platform would be much more wearable.

6 inches I feel is the upper limit of how high the shoes can be before looking silly IRL. I was thinking of starting out with these: http://www.funkypair.com/575inchstilettoheelpump.aspx as I have heard that Bordello shoes are pretty comfy

I was thinking of constructing sort of a wire cage to make the upper portion of the shoe, but I worry about safety. And thoughts?

I learned all my morality from the My Little Pony Movie:

Morning Glory: They need our help, Rosedust!

Rosedust: It's not our fight, Morning Glory.

Megan: Yes it is! It's everyone's fight!

Lickety-Split: Yeah! Everybody has to help everyone else!

well I think the top opening needs to be "safe" incase you twist your ankle/fall or whatever so it won't hurt you any worse. I am very intrigued by this idea and might try it also. Please let me know if you have any more ideas about this! Actually, you might be better off with heavy interfacing than metal wiring. I've used the thickest that is available at JoAnns and it would definitely hold up for this.
